When will my purchase be delivered?Items that can be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS typically arrive within 7-10 days. The Industry average estimated delivery time for large purchases we ship via White Glove Delivery Services is 6-8 weeks - however, most customers receive their items much sooner.

Why buy previously owned?Buying previously owned pieces not only lowers your carbon footprint, but can save you tons of money versus retail costs, and significantly cut down lead times.

What if I have a problem with my purchase?Our foundation is built on customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase due to us missing the mark, we will promptly refund your purchase - including shipping arrangements and expenses. Please click on the Shipping & Returns section located in the footer for more info. *All pieces sold by Lux Angeles Decor are previously owned. Each listing states if there is any wear to the item.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
